丁華州在酒店業和他的職業生涯中擁有超過19年的工作經驗，從喜來登酒店拉開序幕，他曾擔任過綠地酒店集團和雅閣酒店集團的酒店總經理，曾經擔任雅高集團旗下奢華品牌M-Gallery的運營經理。擁有扎實的運營背景和國際化品牌酒店運營管理能力，此次在加入鳳悅美諾（中國）之前丁華州先生擔任沈陽于洪希爾頓惠庭酒店總經理。丁華州先生致力于推動業務成果來改善客人體驗，擅長通過新媒體營銷。我們期待他在鳳悅美諾（中國）的新旅程。

Funyard Minor (China) is very delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Tony
Ding as the General Manager at NH Zhengzhou Jinshui, China, and he will be fully
responsible for the management of the hotel.
Tony has more than eighteen-years experience in the hospitality industry and his career
kicked off from the Sheraton hotels. He worked as the General Manager of the hotels of
Greenland International and Argyle Groups, and was entitled to the Director of
Operation for the luxury brand M-gallery of Accor Group.
With the solid background in operation and international brand hotels, Tony become
the General Manager of Home2 Suites by Hilton as the General Manager before joining.
Tony is committed to drive the business results and improve the guest experience. He is
good at Sales & Marketing as well via the New Media. There will be milestones along
the way, but there is never a best. Tony looks forward to exploring operational
excellence and his new journey in Minor.
